I had a very pleasant stay at this property. Its central location made it convenient to get around. The bus stop and a supermarket were within easy walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The owner was exceptionally helpful and responsive, making the stay even more comfortable. I particularly appreciated having access to an iron and ironing board, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with all the essential utensils, equipment, and a kettle. The WiFi was also excellent. Overall, this property offers great comfort, safe, convenience, and value, and I would happily stay here again.

This was one of the best experiences with private apartments I 've ever had. Mr. Darko, the landlord, was all efficiency from the very beginning, with prompt responses by email first and subsequently throughout my stay, always willing and ready to troubleshoot if need be (though was none). The apartment, which is a nice studio is great for a single traveler or a couple. It is located on a tiny and quite street; the entrance to the block of apartments is well secured by a code lock; the flat is on the first floor (in British terms, hence no need to use the elevator (though it is one there) and proved to be secured by a massive metal door. It is equipped with all amentities to ensure an untroubled stay in maximum comfort, including autonomous hot water supply, a well stocked kitchenette with an electric stove, a high bar desk and chairs, and a very good and very quite fridge. The room is well zoned to include both a supercomfy bed and a couple of armchairs with a coffee table. There is a moscquito net on one of the windows, so it is possible to have untroubled sleep. Wifi is superb in the room and it is possible to use several devices concurrently. Overall the room is superclean, and as trash containers and within 20m from the entrance to the block, it is easy to keep the room tidy. To shop for groceries one has a number of options nearby, including the Lidl and Maxi groceries, as well as a local piazza (green market), all within a stone's throw. Needless to say, there are plenty of pharmacies nearby; as well there is a lovely botanical garden literally next door (albeit the entrance fee is RSD400/person (USD4), and plenty local restaurants and cafes in the neighbotrhood. As public transportation (buses, trams and trolleybuses) is 100% free (yes, free!) in Belgrade, one can commute to/fro donwtown easily; otherwise, going to the Republic square on foot may be a pleasant and fairly short (20 min) option.

Belgrade's antiquated sewage system may remind of its presence with a mild odor in the batheroom, which hardly is the landlord's fault. Also, passers by may speak loudly in early hours and may interfere with one's sleep but while in Rome.... Lastly, the huge trees along the street are indispensable in Belgrade's superhot summer but hardly let enough light in the room, but, agan, it is not the landlord's fault.

Fantastic place, I recommend. Friendly host who makes you feel at home as soon as you enter. Everything matching exactly as described on the site.

We had a wonderful stay in Belgrade. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of great tips on what to visit and see. He went above and beyond by clearly explaining how to get from the airport to the property and even greeting us at the bus station upon arrival. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a short holiday. The location was great and in walking distance from the city centre.
