House owner was very polite and fast responsive. Free car parking in a secure garden was also good for us. There was a great restaurant just in the same street which we enjoyed.

Our room was very dark, in the basement floor - I don`t know if their all rooms like this. I don`t like basement floors as I want sunshine when I wake up. Other than this, it meet our expextations.

We had a great stay in Belgrade. When we arrived, the owner's daughter welcomed us and handed over the keys. She was friendly and took the time to answer all our questions about both the accommodation and the city, always with a helpful attitude. Just a 5-minute walk away, there is a local market where you can find fresh fruit and delicious cheeses. We highly recommend visiting it if you want to experience a bit of local life. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, as it has a proper mattress inside, which made for a very good night's sleep. The breakfasts were delicious, included in the price, and delivered very punctually every morning, which we really appreciated. There’s also a nice terrace inside the building where you can sit back, have a coffee, grab a bite to eat, and relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent, very close to the historic city center and within easy walking distance of many of Belgrade's main attractions. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Belgrade.

Good location

We liked the way appartment is designed and the stuff who was very helpful. Also, the breakfast and the internet connection were very good.

There is a strong smell of dampness (mold), the appartment is situated at the basement and has no natural light. We booked the appartment for 4 nights, but because of the above mentioned reasons we had to cancel the booking for the last 3 nights and move to a better appartment. The stuff was kind and offered to refund us for the remaining nights if we find a better place.
