Hostel Space Capsule

Possibility to use common kitchen. Enough showers and toilets for all the people.

There are no usb C chargers in capsule, just the classic USB port which is not used anymore, it’s the rooms were no sockets so we had to leave our phones downstairs which didnt make us feel comfortable as there’s many people going in and out. There’s nothing to hang wet towels, not in the capsule or out, the cleaning ladies were screaming at us when we put them in a door to dry out a bit which is not reasonable. The code to the door was not working one day, we were knocking and calling the provided phone (no answer) and the cleaning lady came back also screaming at us that we need to call not knock. There is no storage room for backpacks.

Good location, close to metro, bars and cafes.

Terrible customer service (non existent) everything is done remotely. The police came within 15 minutes after checkout, appointment a couple was having sex (turns out these capsules are often rented for people just to have sex) apparently the couple was kicked out for having loud sex and they called the police because they wanted a refund and management wasn't responding. Definitely not a good first impression. The beds are uncomfortable and they make a lot of noise. The cleaning lady is rude. The kitchen has zero cooking utensils, no pans, no pots, it's just a kettle and a microwave. I was just there for 2 nights so it was just a place to sleep but if you plan on relaxing and getting some actual rest go somewhere else. The cleaning lady walks around telling people what to do as if she owns the place, but she's probably a illegal allien.
