The hosts were amazing. I hate booking.com They have the worst customer service . Book through any other company. They have a one star rating on google.
There wasn’t any way to get food or drinks.

The owners (Maria and Christian) are amazing. Christian built the small resort on his own during COVID, and the quality and attention to detail are impressive. Very comfortable, well-equipped (AC and heat, full outdoor kitchen) and very tastefully decorated. Authentic and super relaxing. The best part is the pool, which is amazingly clean and 25 meters: great for swimmers like us. Potrero is a great small town with lots of food options and incredible beaches within walking distance.
Zero. It exceeded all our expectations. I didn't want to leave, and I'll be back for sure! The road in from Liberia has some dodgy parts (not unusual in Costa Rica), so it's best to rent a 4x4.
