It’s a good location near a bus stop which is a 15 minute bus ride from Venice. It was clean and comfortable with lots of cooking utensils etc. staff were very communicative.
It was quite hard to find on maps and some of the furniture was a bit scruffy, I think it also lacked personality a bit. But I’m nitpicking, overall it was good.

This property was in a great location, perfect amount of space for two people and was well furnished throughout! We absolutely loved our stay and if we return to Venice, we’d definitely consider staying there again. We walked less than 10 minutes to get to the nearest train station in Mestre and it was just a short 10-15min train to the island of Venice. The closest bus stop is a 2min walk away and the bus from the airport only took 30mins.
The couch in the living room was a little uncomfortable but there’s not much point sitting on a couch watching tv when you’re so close to Venice so it didn’t affect our stay at all.

excellent location, close to supermarket and bus stop straight into Venice. spacious apartment
Kitchen bin was basically mouldy.
guests half eaten food from before was still in cupboard.
dodgy bed
had to replenish basics such as toilet roll as was only supplied with 1.
Table was filthy on arrival, not great to walk into.
