sia per l'hotel che lo staff. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la card della stanza ed è stato prontamente risolto dal portiere notturno gentilissimo, la camera spaziosa e molto pulita, è dotata di tutti i comfort a partire dalla macchina del caffè e dalle bottigliette di acqua, letto e cuscini comodissimi, peccato esserci fermati solo ua notte ma torneremo sicuramente in futuro

Struttura in pieno centro, camera pulita e confortevole, semplice da raggiungere e comoda per il servizio parcheggio a pagamento in loco.
Accolto in reception in modo gentile, disponibile e sorridente.
Non avevo inclusa la colazione, ma mi é stata gentilmente offerta, per nulla scontato.
Assolutamente consigliato.

Staff gentilissimo, camera davvero bella e spaziosa , posizionata 5 min dal castello
La colazione era buona , ma siamo arrivati quasi in chiusura e
Molte cose non erano disponibili, sarebbe stato opportuno rifocillare cosa mancava .
Nel complesso buona . Solo una piccolo miglioramento.

We stayed for three nights. The residence is in the center of Ferrara, close to the main attractions, restaurants, bars etc.
The room was comfortable for three people, clean and the host was really kind and helpful.
There was a strange noise from the air condition, plus we didn’t have electricity in our room (two out of three days that we stayed in). I guess that was a general problem, but still unpleasant for us.
