O que mais gostei foi a localização da acomodação.
Mobília com desgastes, poltrona danificada, Box do banheiro apertado, ventilador sujo, beliche sem escada, manchas nas paredes do ar condicionado.

A localização é perfeita. Perto de tudo: restaurantes, comércios, feiras de artesanato. Muito fácil de chegar. Os cômodos são grandes. Cozinha bem montada.
Há itens muito velhos no apartamento: O aparelho de ar-condicionado é jurássico e a roupa de cama está uma lixa de tão velha. Os vasos sanitários estão manchados por falta de força na mão para limpá-los. Da área de ventilação do prédio, está subindo um cheiro horroroso. Imagino que a lixeira do prédio está ali e está criando um ambiente ruim de se ficar.
