Tudo organizado e limpo. Bem perto da orla de ponta verde, da pra ir andando. Todos os quartos tem ar-condicionado, mantas, travesseiros, toalhas, lencois. A cozinha bem equipada.
O estacionamento é uma plataforma móvel, impossível de estacionar. Tentamos colocar inúmeras vezes e é impossível o pneu entrar no espaco existente. Talvez um carro pequeno entre. Tive que deixar meu carro na rua todos os dias. Nao tinha sanduicheira e cafeteira eletrica, sugiro colocar.
