The house is beautiful and the location and views are wonderful. Plenty of space for 10 of us, including 2 children. Short walks to pubs and the ferry to padstow. Lots of equipment for water-sports, cleaning and game nights.
I would definitely stay again, and would recommend to family and friends.
A few small tweaks would make this a perfect stay. A travel cot and a high chair would make this more family friendly.
Other properties we’ve stayed at supplied basic food staples like salt, pepper and milk, as well as a welcome hamper. Also toilet roll seemed to be in short supply.
My other comment is a 9:30am check out is rather early, especially when check in isn’t until 4pm. This is an issue I have with many holiday rentals, not just Porthilly Greys.

Great location. Really nice to have two lounge options.
Would be nice to have a welcome pack, maybe some logs for the wood burner. We ran out of toilet paper.

It was spacious and close to the sea.
One little thing, which wasn’t important really. Not enough wine glasses and the oven seal was off so we couldn’t use it.
