Schöne Wohnung, leider einige Probleme

Sauber, gute Kommunikation, unkompliziertes Check In

Toilettenspülung defekt, Dusche lief nicht ab, Rohr in der Küche war defekt und das Abwasser lief in den Schrank, es regnet in die Wohnung bei schlechtem Wetter. Wir wurden jeweils mit den Problemen innerhalb 2 Tagen unterstützt, haben aber keine Kostenerstattung erhalten. Das finden wir nicht fair.

Kaffeemaschine nicht nutzen können, da Kapseln nicht erhältlich. Eine filtermaschine wäre einfacher!!

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit toller Lage, ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gäbe es jedoch schon.

top Lage, mitten in der Altstadt

Vermieterin wurde wegen einer Frage kontaktiert jedoch bis heute keine Antwort bekommen. Besteck musste man suchen, es ist in der Lade in einer Lade. Nur eine große Paar-Bettdecke vorhanden. Kein extra Handtuch für die Hände sondern nur für Körper/Haare. In der Nachricht die man vor der Anreise bekommt steht „30 Minuten vorher anrufen“ jedoch kam es mir rüber als würde der Anruf nicht erwünscht gewesen sein, es kam nur die Frage warum man anruft es steht doch eh alles in der Nachricht. Parkplatz ist etwas weit, Koffer müssen durch die ganze Altstadt bzw Pflastersteine gezogen werden. Das Wohnhaus an sich ist in einem sehr maroden zustand, die Treppen sind ziemlich unsicher und die Eingangstüre ins Apartment klemmt bzw lässt sich nicht so einfach versperren jedoch ist das Apartment an sich sehr hübsch und renoviert!
