The host reacted our request immediately, and the breakfast was great
The shower drainage was clogged. The shower door and shower closure lacked maintenance, leading to water leaking on the bathroom floor.

Breakfast was so so good and plentiful. They made sure our wishes were met (i.e. organising peanut butter). The location was good, both town and NP was accessible easily. Bed was comfortable. John was a super host for our stay! So friendly and attentive to our needs. Thanks so much, we really recommend this lovely homestay!
The other double room was a bit small.

posizione ottima per andare a visitare il parco dei vulcani, personale molto gentile e cordiale che ci ha aspettato nonostante siamo arrivati quasi all'ora di chiusura del check-in.
la stanza era letteralmente invasa dalle zanzare, a poco poteva servire la rete di protezione attorno al letto. ne ho visitate di strutture in Rwanda, in nessun posto ho mai vissuto una situazione simile, era impossibile dormire. eravamo gli unici ospiti a colazione e probabilmente era stata preparata in netto anticipo perchè il cibo era tutto freddo, peccato perchè era buono ma sarebbe stato molto meglio.
