Large rooms with good aircon. Plunge pools on roof-top were nice. Bikes were handy and well utilised by ourselves. Maintenance man on-site was helpful.
No reception on-site therefore communications are through an online “customer experience” person. They were quick to message when they wanted to know something, but were slow and not particularly helpful when we needed assistance. Location is neither close to main town or beaches. Day pass to Bardo is a con - have to spend $800 mxn pp to utilise.

Beautiful decor and vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed. Amazingly, it had not one but three rooftop pools which I wish we took more advantage of. Nice location away from the busy centre but close enough to walk for food and drinks. Free bikes to use came in handy when we needed to quickly go into the centre. The property felt safe and secure too. The access to Hotel Bardo really made it special too. Mariana was very responsive and helpful with all our queries.
Minor issues: a lot of the time there wasn't staff at the front desk/reception.

Beautiful apartment with amazing host Jessica who provided prompt replies for all of our questions and was always happy to help with things that we needed. Apartment is located in a convenient location, about 12 mins walk from the center. Lovely rooftop setup with bbq facilities and pool.
It would have been nice to have a TV in the apartment.
