Is he access to taxis and Ubers in a very clean and comfortable location?

Joan and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms, including kitchenette and washer. The on-site restaurant was nice and convenient. The wait staff was excellent.

Excellent value and close to places that we could walk to in Condesa.

The gym Fitsi was located two doors away from the main entrance and was well-equipped with cardio and weight machines. The grocery store Soria's was about 1/4 mile away and had a great selection of goods. The pharmacy also had bottled water and other essentials closer by. The hotel had a cash machine in the premises and numerous banks were in the neighborhood. Uber rides were easy to get to and from the hotel. The concierge, Arturo, was extremely welcoming and helpful with providing us information in English!

The free amenities like shower cap, sewing kit, boxes showed signs of wear and may need to be replaced. The weighing scale in the bathroom was not working.

Best place to stay

There were plenty of amenities all over the room, so you could travel lighter. The elements within the room were considered with precision and detail (good quality furniture and infrastructure), so one can be safe in case of any emergency. In addition, I was surprised how well equipped was the kitchen and laundry. All electronics were maxi size including TV, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washermachine..... The place was really awesome

Wish I could have stayed longer

Top-notch facilities. Incredible room. The staff, especially Daniel at the check-in counter, could not have been more attentive, efficient, and apologetic when I complained about the TV situation in my room. The general manager (I forgot his name) was kind enough to offer complimentary breakfast (which was delicious) the following morning.

Everything was perfect, really. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, a nice room and luxurious feel but some annoying aspects.

It is a new and attractive 4-star hotel with very comfortable rooms. They provided lots of nice free soaps, lotions, and other amenities in the bathroom which had a very nice large shower that heated up quickly. The hotel doesn't have its own gym but there is one at the end of the street it provides access to that was pretty nice.

The staff originally charged us the wrong amount for our room which led to some confusion and stress. Additionally, one staff member burst into our room without knocking once which made us paranoid for the rest of our stay. Voices in the hallway could be loudly heard during the night and morning so we kept waking up scared someone was trying to enter the room. Additionally, they have a room service cart that stops by multiple times to interrupt guests throughout the day unprompted to try to get us to spend more money. Thus, as a couple this annoyed us since we wanted to feel more privacy. Also it is in Tacubaya, not Condesa Sur. I liked this neighborhood but it felt deceptive to lie and say the hotel is in trendy Condesa when it's not.

Perfect home for long stays.

- very clean - amazing staff: so helpful and friendly - very flexible room service hours - food in the restaurant was amazing - Jumex refill everyday in the fridge, especially mango! - fast internet and brand new furnishings - comfortable and big bed - good working AC - washing machine and dryer - big rooms

- noise insulation against outdoor noises could be improved: especially the noise from the main street and the noise from the hallway

Excellent value and well furnished suites, staff is outstanding, rooftop restaurant and 24 hour view deck with fabulous views. Everything is immaculate great for a long stay with the kitchen and laundry facilities in the suite..

restaurant for some reason needs a bit of redesign, lighting is way to bright white , not sure they need so many tv over every booth , no drink or wine menu their are so many great restaurants in Mexico City . I would lease out to a successful operator . not sure if the hotel is running it or they leased out either way they need help !!but a beautiful view maybe just go for a drink .

The room was very large and comfortable. With a refrigerator and kitchenette . They brought a fresh fruit plate which was so nice.

The side of the hotel facing a very busy street was too noisy for a lite sleeper. But they moved me to a quiet room the next day with no fuss.

amazing stay! honestly blown away by this place. My room was very comfortable, there were so many amenities in the room, snacks and water and coffee and drinks and a lavender spray for the pillow. The room was huge and the wifi was good. Definitely stay here!

There's a kitchen with wash machine in the room. It is very convenient. The view, the restaurant and design are very good.
