Posizione molto comoda, in pieno centro. Facilità di check-in, check-out, ufficio molto vicino all'appartamento.
Un po' rumoroso, si sentono rumori sia dall'esterno fino a tarda notte nel weekend, sia nel palazzo dove le pareti sembrano inesistenti...
