Blisko stoku. Widok na trasę narciarską. Skromny wystrój ale niczego nie brakowało . Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia . Polecam polecam 😀

Mało wygodne łóżko i poduszki . Nie było ręczników. Recepcja przyniosła tylko 2 a byliśmy 4 osoby.

Супер расположение, прямо у подъёмника. Симпатичный комплекс, снаружи выглядит как отель в Альпах, очень красиво украшен гирляндами. На ресепшене очень отзывчивые люди, в этом же здании бассейн с сауной, в непогоду можно отдыхать там, цена приемлемая, для детей скидки. Апаратаменты просторные, все кресла раскладываются в односпальные кровати, так что можно было бы и разместиться вшестером. Мебель и сантехника вся современная. Подача воды и напор в душе очень хороший.

Квартира находится на 1-м этаже, вид из окон не очень интересный во двор и на склон с лыжной трассой. Парковка у дома вся забита, выехать нереально, да и в горку при снегопаде забраться трудно, мы оставляли машину у дороги. В спальне плохая звукоизоляция от соседней квартиры, ночью слышны даже обычные разговоры через стенку. В кухне-гостиной было получше, никаких лишних звуков. Было бы здорово дополнить интерьер коврами, чтобы было более уютно и тепло ногам.

We liked the apartments. We rested in the summer, the location, in our opinion, is one of the best in Bakuriani. There is a good infrastructure around, shops, cafes, 100 meters to the ski lift (in winter - a track, in summer - an observation deck). There are a lot of children in the apart-hotel in summer, which is a plus for families with children, our children have found many friends. In general, we liked it, we extended our stay for another 3 days and we are going to come here again in winter and summer. The apartments themselves are in good state, everything works, nothing is broken, the renovation is fresh, the bed is comfortable (although short - 1.9m, for tall people the standard 2m is more familiar). A small wish to the owner, although he is unlikely to go to such expenses, but if there was a table in the bedroom, it would be a great workplace, we moved the kitchen table to the bedroom - there was enough space, but in such case no table in the kitchen :)

The apartment looks better in reality than in the photo. The only thing is renovation issues, such as wallpaper on the wall, near the stove and sink, will have unpleasant look over time, this should be taken into account by the owner.

Quite a large flat. Rented for two but space for 6 persons. Good view on the nearby forest and ski slopes.
