Room was not clean and ready to live in. We arrived in late evening, and stuff on reception doesn’t know how to manage it. We were tired and didn’t want to search another hotel to stay. I talked on the phone with cleaner girl and she sad there was a water problem. So we changed sheets ourselves and didn’t touch anything else in the room coz it’s so creepy. We asked for discount but didn’t get it. And also we had a problem with payment for the stay. They don’t accept card’s and can’t charge it from booking. Next morning cleaning girl came and we gave her cash but she didn’t have any change. So we payed more than the price was on Booking.com. In fact we were the only one guests in whole apartment building. And we came to Bakuriani when season ends. I think this is the cause of this situation. Therefore we have left this apartments after one night.
