The location was perfect, everything you needed in a little village. Pubs/restaurants in walking distance and a lovely pizza trailer on the square on a Friday. Everyone in the family felt at home and cosy. Safe garden for our dogs and the door at the top of the stairs was perfect to stop them from getting to the first floor.
Hard to find something as it really was so well equipped. If we were picky, a downstairs toilet would be an extra bonus but we managed just fine with the two upstairs.

The cottage was very comfortable with everything you could want. It had character but also all the modern facilities. We liked having the log burner for a cosy evening in.
There was only two logs for the fire plus a bit of kindling so we had to go out and buy a bag. We had to leave the property strictly by 10.00 am and strip all the beds & empty bins before leaving. We were only able to park outside the cottage one night but we knew there was not an allocated parking space.
