Nicely located, 2 minutes from the grocery, 4 minutes for the metro station and 8 minutes from tram no. 28. The apartment is wide enough for 2, be balcony is a bite narrow, but fun to have when the weather is nice.
The neighborhood is noisy at times, but the main thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator and 83 steps from the street to the apartment; it is not for everyone.

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos, el apartamento estaba en buena zona y muy cómodo todo! Si tuviera que poner una pega sería las escaleras pero por lo demás perfecto y acogedor! Y lo mejor es que hemos podido estar con mi perro!!
