Good location, close to the centre and the metro station. The price is ok. Good communication with the host.
The flat definitely needs renovation and some furniture amendments. The kitchen and bathroom are very small and do not provide any amenities. The furniture needs changing and the overall experience was not very enjoyable. There is no coffee and you definitely cannot cook anything in that size of a kitchen. The bathroom is tiny.
