Wonderful accommodation with spectacular views of a quiet bay and across to the mainland. Comfortable bed and nicely appointed with quality fixtures and amenities. Location provides a perfect way to unwind.

Depending on your preference, the 'French breakfast' may not suit. The quality of the fruit and pastries was good.

Amazingly fitted out. So well appointed. Every amenity. Great service by Liza and Silmara. Views to die for. Such a beautiful location

BREATHTAKING views!!! Amazing service, could text any question and receive a quick answer. They were able to accomodate an early check in which was so appreciated. They made it very clear in printed words, texts and emails but I didn’t take the time to read it fully lol- and so when I requested a dinner in room same day- they of course couldn’t accomodate that request (they need 24 hours which they stated multiple times, I just forgot)- BUT they were so sweet and gave a great rec for delivery (that suited our dietary preferences) and we had a really delicious pizza at “home” There is a horse ranch by the small beach down the hill- you can book trail rides, the woman who runs the operation is amazing and takes impeccable care of her horses and ponies (I am a horse lover and owner and very picky about who I book rides with) but if you go down to check out the beach DONT TOUCH THE HORSES! That is rude and can cause the horses to resource guard/pick fights with each other or get entangled in the fencing. So just looke and appreciate, don’t touch or feed anything. Just book a ride with her or ask how much it would be for a meet and greet if you don’t want to ride, I am sure she would be happy to show off her beautiful horses and let you love up on them.

Nothing really- it was spectacular! The only feedback I could provide is that I would appreciate an Omana sign at the entrance, I didn’t see one by the small entry for Destiny vineyard, and there were signs that essentially said private use only- Even thought the google maps said to go there I felt like maybe it was wrong and drove past. Mainly this was because earlier I did see clear Omana signage. So I thought google maps was off (which it often can be in New Zealand) I suspect this is intentional as I could imagine celebrities staying here, it was so private and luxurious! I felt like a celebrity. I definitely will be coming back! I do recommend renting a car as it is more isolated, and you can more easily drive around eh island. Unless you are super baller and can do private car hire- but it can be a little pricy, I did prefer to just rent the car. There is a beach you can walk to- but the walking path is pretty steep (don’t go if you have bad knees or not in shape) I found it fun! They recommend driving or taking a longer route.
