The Pah | Stay Waiheke

Summary:
Capturing all day sun and spectacular sea views, this architecturally designed accommodation with a nod to Balinese living is spacious yet inviting. Perfectly balanced amongst the landscaped gardens and infinity lawn, you get the feeling that you are hovering above the dazzling Hauraki Gulf.

The Space:
The master suite is ideally located at the end of the house, well positioned for privacy and taking in the beautiful views of the sea. This bedroom is adjoined by an ensuite bathroom with claw foot bath and open shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located at the other end of the house and also take in the glorious views. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a set of bunk beds and overlooks the garden. The main bathroom is conveniently located amid the bedrooms and offers a double shower.

The Pah comprises 2 large living areas. The main lounge takes in the commanding views but also offers the comfort by way of a wonderful open fire, large comfortable sofa’s and arm chairs. The pass through to the kitchen keeps you connected when meal preparation arises, and the well appointed kitchen offers everything you will need to formulate a sumptuous meal. The large kitchen table doubles as a kitchen island. The bench seats will settle the family for a wonderful informal meal. The kitchen leads to the smaller cosier lounge room, again with a wood burning stove and wonderful bay seating, again taking in the vast views. Off the lounge is a functional office space with day bed, which can be closed off should the need for quiet arise.

A well thought out utility area off the kitchen houses and extra fridge and laundry facilities.

The north facing patio has plenty of seating for both dining and lounging. Wonderful 50’s butterfly chairs provide stylish comfort in which to relax and take in the view.

Bed configuration: Main House - Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - superking bed (can be split upon request), Bedroom 3 - double bed and bunk bed, Bedroom 4 - double bed. Cottage - superking bed and 2 bunk beds.

Please Note
The Pah can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults at this property.

Please note: A $400 exit cleaning fee applies to all bookings and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights mid December to mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times. Check in time at the Pah is from 4pm if we have guests departing the day of arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Located in beautiful Onetangi, only a 5 minute walk via track to the beach and yet so close to vineyards, café’s and services, this property will not disappoint for that perfect family holiday.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
