Villa Villa Genoveva by Interhome

Two bathrooms with showers in each made things a lot easier when staying with friends. The AC in the rooms worked and kept us cool and that made sleeping much easier when the temperatures hit 27s and 28s. Working fridge, oven, TV, lights everything worked. The little sitting area in the corner of the property was also awesome to sit at and enjoy the views. Every question we had was immediately responded to and the host was very helpful answering all of our questions. Good DVD selection too.

No washing up liquid. No sponges. The dishes were unclean when we arrived. The fire lighter had ran out of gas. The shower water pressure was very weak and constantly switched between freezing cold and scalding hot. A lot of dead flies were in the pool.

The villa is lovely, close to shops and restaurants The villa had a rustic charm Lovely swimming pool long enough for lengths Lovely clean bedding Lovely green garden and beautiful bushes There is a shower in the garden which is useful after swimming. I used the shower all of the time, because lovely to have proper shower outside and use something I don't do at home The villa had good security everywhere

We have only Two bad things to say. Sadley all of the beds were very uncomfortable for everyone, they had a wooden bit that was in the centre of the bed, which was quite painful at times, for all us, especially as two of us were disabled The road to the villa was dreadful and dangerous when walking with disability walkers. Did have mobility scooters eventually The villas are near the street with loads of night clubs with loud music until 4.00am, but you get used to the noise and the music

Excellent location. Lots of amenities. Perfect for family or friends looking for nightlife. Could hear the music but certainly not offensive or keeping anyone awake. Food everywhere was fantastic. Ate in the villa for breakfast and lunch each day. Perfect for cooking and light meals. Tabletennis and board games passed time when weather wasn't fantastic. Sunbeds and towels all great so didn't have to use our beach towels with sand round the pool. Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand from each day at the beach. Lots of books to read - even left a few we had taken to read and finished. Two bathrooms... Perfect for getting everyone washed up quickly. Warm blankets provided as did drop cold overnight Safe included in the villa for locking up personal items. Best eateries: Close by was Wild and Co... end of the lane and turn left...upstairs at the end of the strip! Dress nice!!! Was expecting like the bar downstairs- actually more like a Michelin star restaurant! Meat platter was AMAZING!! Little further out was Beach Caffè. Head to the beach, turn left and follow the coast until you get the beach caffe, literally on the beach! And by far the best food we ate!

Groundsman showed up Monday PM and didn't knock to inform us of them needing space to mow lawn, strim, and leaf blow, just started, and I was inside while kids were in the pool. They come every Monday, apparently. We're nice enough, just a bit strange the kids coming in saying strange men in yard! Host did apologise, but heads up! Car parking was a little difficult down the road, but we had a small car and just left it on the kerb outside.. was perfectly safe.

Perfect location for nightlife. Lovely villa in principle and nice pool.

Needs some serious updating. Fixtures and fittings were tired. Both showers can be either red hot or stone cold, and nothing in between. The boiler seems to be malfunctioning. The plug where the kettle goes sparks when you turn the kettle on. All the beds are rock hard. And I do mean ROCK HARD!
