Location and comfortable bed. Good restaurant next door.
No complimenrary drinking water in room as tap water is not potable.

Room location as it was exactly in front of the Metro station. Also it was very close to Milan centre (about 15 mins with public transport). Room had all the neccesities and comfort I would expect to have when I am on a holiday. As a bonus it was also next door to a coffee/snack shop which was great if like us you will like to have an early breakfast.
Public transport noise but for me it was not a problem as it did not affect my sleeping.

Close to metro for travel
Shower good quality pressure and temperature control
Bed comfortable
Very untidy and poorly maintained lack of insulation so noise / conversation is a problem
Reception staff very terse
