La ubicación está súper genial
Pues en general todo estuvo perfecto, el único detalle fue el wifi que estaba cortado pero realmente no fue necesario pues prácticamente llegábamos solo a dormir. Pero todo lo demás muy bien.

Excellent location, no need to use metro or other public transport to reach all the tourist attractions. Everything is reachable by foot. The surrounding streets are indeed quite noisy (even at night time), but this problem can easily be solved with earplugs. The owner is very helpful and provides all the necessary instructions (even in video format).
