Die Lage in der Altstadt. Allerdings sollte erwähnt werden das man nirgends parken kann.
Die Ausstattung ist halbherzig. Beim duschen setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser, weil es keine Duschabtrennung gibt.

Perfekte Lage, alles neu renoviert. Nette Einrichtung. Kleinigkeiten fehlen noch.
Morgens sehr früh Mülltransport unten aus dem Haus. Recht laut. Parkplatz zu finden ist schwierig.

schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten in Wohnungsnähe. Wir nutzten kostenpflichtige Parkplätze, da keine weiteren Parkplätze zur Verfügung standen (somit anders als in der Wohnungsbeschreibung dargestellt wurde), / TV war nicht nutzbar
