Luxury apartment with balcony on avenue Melikishvili, city center

I really enjoyed my stay here. The host Nini was soooo helping and contacted me in advance to ensure I had all the information I needed for a seamless access instructions, which it was. The apartment itself is totally as the described in the booking notes, and you will have everything you'll need for a comfortable stay from washing machine to ironing and all the wash room amenities. Clean and comfortable throughout. For me, having access to streaming services such as netflix and YouTube is always welcome. The transport links are plentiful, and the Metro to get across town or to the train station is about a 13-minute walk, but bus links are pretty much outside the apartment. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, especially the rooftop apartment.

квартира прооосто чудова! дуже сподобалось, що багато різного світла — це дуже зручно. різні місця для відпочинку, дуже великий і гарний балкон. дійсно відчуваєш себе як вдома, бо все що потрібно є. в двох хвилинах класні кафе, кавʼярні, продуктові — ну проооосто ідеально. нам дуже-дуже сподобалось і обовʼязково повернемось туди!

трошки нестабільний інтернет, чомусь на телефоні постійно вилітав( подушки б хотілось менш високі і замінити резинки на балконних дверях, щоб було ще тихіше

Absolutely amazing location with spectacular views from the balcony very spacious and comparable.

There are lots of small things that need fixing (like sink and table, some shelves. We did not really used kitchen much as well as table but if you are planning on using it you might want to contact the property manager for details on that.
