Luxury apartment with balcony on avenue Melikishvili, city center

Stayed here for 29 nights and honestly couldn't have picked a better spot for a long-term stay. The location is excellent, right on one of the main roads in Vake, with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and a bank all close by, plus a gym within easy reach. Very central without feeling noisy. The apartment itself is spacious, which mattered a lot since I was working from here most days. The living room table doubled perfectly as a workspace, and even though there's a fair amount of traffic noise outside, the apartment itself stayed quiet enough to focus. Facilities were great across the board: two air conditioning units, washing machine, fridge, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'd need, and a big TV with Netflix. The real highlight though was the terrace: a huge, almost 270-degree view over the area that was absolutely stunning at night. The host was friendly and welcoming, and helped me get settled in quickly. The property manager was also great, very welcoming and made check-in smooth and easy. Overall I was really happy here and don't have much to complain about. The only things worth flagging for future improvement: the apartment could use some light renovation, particularly the wallpaper, and after one night of heavy rain, water came in from the terrace, might be worth the host looking into the drainage there.

If you're looking for Georgian hospitality, this isn't it. There wasn't much sugar or salt, and even drinking water. Two small shampoo bottles per week were provided. The hostess answered questions, but not so fast, as was needed, and was completely indifferent.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The host Nini was soooo helping and contacted me in advance to ensure I had all the information I needed for a seamless access instructions, which it was. The apartment itself is totally as the described in the booking notes, and you will have everything you'll need for a comfortable stay from washing machine to ironing and all the wash room amenities. Clean and comfortable throughout. For me, having access to streaming services such as netflix and YouTube is always welcome. The transport links are plentiful, and the Metro to get across town or to the train station is about a 13-minute walk, but bus links are pretty much outside the apartment. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, especially the rooftop apartment.
