Spacious, modern design, clean, fantastic view of the sea, basement with 2 double sofa beds & shower room is great for kids/teens, private pool, lots of sun loungers

Only negative would be a handrail going downstairs would be great for older people, my Dad age 80 felt a little worried going downstairs as marble and has a twist

4 bedrooms, good for our group of 7; easy access by car to highways, garage and outside parking; beach access was further than expected but new path allowed walking there in 15 minutes- possible to walk to Centro/Balcon in 30 minutes.

Kitchen was small for more than a couple of people; steep stairs down to bedroom levels, and basement level bedroom was dark with no windows and no TV; also strong sewer smell after much rain in the two weeks we were there; ant traps and tiny ants all over; location was not where shown on Booking.com, it was further from the beach, and we had trouble getting clarification from Booking or the Royal Palms as to why the location was not as shown; we had to fight to have the small private pool heated, as was stated in our contract, instead of paying 30 euros a day! - and even after getting it heated, it was never warmed up enough to swim .

super mooie accommodatie met heerlijk (tegen betaling) zwembad.

niet echt kindvriendelijk. Trap in de woonkamer naar beneden en trap van terras naar het zwembad waren niet beveiligd met een hekje. Wij hadden twee kleinkinderen onder de 2 jaar mee op vakantie. Verder lag de accommodatie buiten het centrum en redelijk ver van het strand. Terug lopen van strand naar woning ging steil omhoog

This is a beautiful Villa, lots of indoor space and the basement was a brilliant space for teenagers! The location is ok, worked for us but you need to walk a lot or have a car.

Ants everywhere, quite unpleasant. Pool maintenance came 3 times during our 1 week stay, unannounced and inconvenient. The beds are ridiculously uncomfortable Limited information given on the check in and check out process, put me off future Villa stays as it is nowhere near as slick as hotels and the 10am checkout is far too early.
