The place is new and well maintained. The beach Punta Prosciutto has an unbelievable crystal clear water. The swimming pools at the property are fantastic. Special kudos to the Entertainment staff (I might be missing some but they were all great) Matteo, Alessio, Francesca and above all Giorgia, who made the whole stay particularly enjoyable. The lady at the supermarket was very nice and sweet too. I would definitelt come back.
The restaurant and bar staff were pretty bad. At the restaurant we possibly got the most stingy glass of wine ever, prices are quite high and the ladies at the bar seem like hating their job. Don't order pizza to take away as you might end up waiting for more than an hour. I can't imagine the mess it will be in August, when it will be much busier. Also, the foreign lady at the reception could be friendlier.
