'Villa Sol Mate' - Waterfront Cape Coral Home!

Proximity to family. It’s a fine Florida rental I have had better and I have had worse. Neighborhood seemed good and felt secure. There were people outdoors a lot to enjoy the sunny days so it’s a pleasant area. The bottle of wine was a nice touch.

We paid extra for the pool to be heated. It was not warm enough. If it had been set higher it would have been warm. I also thought the house came with a heated pool as advertised. That is extra. The King bed in the master has a worn down area and my husband was uncomfortable. I did not like the open concept bathroom. And lighting throughout the house was very bright. Maybe some dimmer switches. There is a lot of room. The washer needs cleaned as it smells like those front loaders tend to do. Garage was a mess? Took a bit to find face cloths they were in an obscure closet in a tiny basket away from any restroom. The second restroom has something loose as it clunks when you sit. But it’s okay just noisy. And in the kitchen, tiny ants. So had to keep up on them and protect my food. The furniture is good for pictures. But for sitting not so much. So I didn’t use the livingroom, my husband tried to relax in that room. The big blue thing by the game table was a mystery. The chairs at the bar had shiny diamond buttons, I don’t think they are comfortable. So my whole stay I sat mostly at the kitchen table and on the big blue thing.

Up to date and clean. Great to have all the linens and towels. loved having pool floats.

There was no grill spatula. Not many places to comfortably flop on a couch.
