Little Pinecone Retreat

Home is very clean and cozy. Beds comfortable. Perfect place for a stay for a family with kids. Across the street there was snow play spot, which was ideal.

Spacious property, 2.5 bathroom (one of the bathrooms was unusable). They had coffee and coffee maker.

We booked the place because it advertised sauna, pool, recreational center. The recreational center is across the street and is not part of the property. We stayed at the property over Memorial Day. The plan was to use the recreational center. When we came there, we got turned away right away as short-term visitors are under the Black Out Date during major holidays and are not allowed to use the facility. It was a majority disappointment. I contacted the property. They answered. The lady in the phone was not helpful at all. She told me that the team would look into it and would get back to me in a few hours. It’s been several days since. They never called back or addressed the problem. They also had a leaking shower and the water was dripping from the second floor over the ceiling on the first floor. We were told not to use that shower/sink and toilet. 5 people had to use one non-leaking shower. No compensation was offered.
