Good for what it was

Heat didn’t work, reported it and nothing was done to fix it. Fridge was messed up and a mini fridge was added before check in but we were unaware so a lot of our stuff did not fit as it was a hotel size fridge. The lock on the door wasn’t auto locking like it was supposed to

Over all it met many of our needs. Needs some upgrading and better cleaning.

Good location for our destination of Gulf Stream Park. grocery stores near by and many restaurant choices near by .

Kitchen supplies very limited. Living room not comfortable for relaxing or watching TV.

Easy to book, easy to check in. Host responded right away, until there was a serious problem, then it was silence. Unc

Easy check-in process. Centrally located. 15 min to the FLL airport.

Terrible smell of smoke. The attempt to resolve it by the host became quite a nightmare as they used ozone generator and left it running all day. It shouldn’t run for more than 3 hours (we learned this fact after we researched it) and humans should not be in that area for 30 min while it’s being aired out to make sure toxic fumes dissipate. We were not warned about it and one of the people staying ended up having a respiratory emergency. What’s worse, the host thought that giving us a 2 hour delayed check out was sufficient resolution. They stopped corresponding with us. Negligence on their part caused a health scare that could have ended up a lot worse, if I didn’t have experience with how to handle medical emergencies. We did not need a 2 hour delayed check out and we got no other resolution or compensation. Will NOT stay at this property again. Bring everything, property has less to offer than a hotel room.

Couldn’t figure out how to get the TV working, toilet needs to be recaulked at the bottom seat was moving, Back door was unlocked when I checked it
