The price for what you get is great, location is near Aventura which for us was great as well. House looks clean and modern. Kitchen is great.
Location was a bit sketchy but safe. Shower water pressure was lacking. Beds were not so good. But overall price for what you get is good.

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft ordentlich ausgestattet (inkl. Föhn) und auch sauber (die Sauberkeit kann jedoch noch verbessert werden).
Das Bad war nicht zu 100% sauber & auch die Gesichtshandtücher hatten Flecken. Der Boden wurde vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht gewischt, da unsere Socken nach kurzer Zeit sehr dreckig waren.
