    We were sent to another building, headlamps stuck on with silicone, filthy floor , hole on the wall and the blind box, tables with dust and fluff everywhere, toilet had not been cleaned (still had renains from previous guest) spoke to reception staff and they came to clean it but it was not just the toilet….the whole room needed cleaning and they did nothing to resolve this throughout the 3 days we were there ( issues with cleaning staff we were told) . On the 3rd night we got back at 8pm to find beds unmade and dirty towels on the bathroom floor, no new towels provided. Had to call reception again and they bought up some more towels after over an hour but left the dirty ones and obviously didn’t offer to make the beds. Simple apology took some pictures and basically said that was all he could do. Had two small boys and almost impossible to find another hotel at that point in the area but should have left on the first night looking back.
