The location was ideal for our needs
The beds were amazingly comfortable
The property was of a good size and value for money
Property was clean to a good standard
These are minor issues that can be sorted to make the accommodation even better
There was no toilet roll on arrival to the property
kitchen utilities i.e. pans were minimal
freezer did not work
fridge had a broken shelf
We were unable to manually turn the heating down or up to match our needs so at times it was uncomfortably hot and other times extremely cold

Comfortable and warm.
It was filthy, absolutely disgusting, pans covered in grease and fat just thrown in the drawers, stinky towels and the tables and surfaces were sticky. The bathrooms stank.
