Pleasantly surprised. Clean and comfortable. Slept well, fairly quiet and it was very close to were I needed to be.
Doors squeak a lot, a little WD40 would rectify that. I bought a ready meal but couldn't have it as no racks in ovens. Stated not suitable for microwave. Not the end of the world, but had to go back out and buy something else.

I liked the room size and the bed. I liked that my room looked out to some trees. I didn't use the kitchen other than the fridge and microwave. It was equipped but no possibility to wash or clean because there was no normal dishwash soap or dishwasher soap/powder. The location was good in West Hampstead.
The shower was bad, low pressure and very hard to wash hair. If it wasn't for the shower my rating would have been higher. You hear the trains passing but can shut it off with earplugs. The kitchen didn't have any dishwasher soap, which is a basic they could have had. It was a weird communication from reception saying that they only give keys but that they are different that booking.com so if I need or miss anything in the room I have to contact them. But it was impossible to contact directly booking.com unless it's the custommer service help center. If I want to send message for my booking, it sais "message property" but when the property says, don't ask us for anything, it felt like I was in an unsolveable loop, like who do I ask to for toilet paper? The genral Booking.com custommer service takes 24h or longer to answer. The communication part can definitely be improved! The safe locker in my room didn't work.
