hat did you like about the property?
The apartment was very clean, spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around London. The check-in process was simple, and the host was friendly and responsive. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met our expectations, and we were very happy with our stay.

The apartment was amazing — always very comfortable, beautiful, and extremely well organised. The location is excellent and everything was perfect during my stay. I absolutely love staying there and always enjoy these apartments very much.

Полный набор всего необходимого, удобства отличного качества, мягкие постельные принадлежности. Приятный приветственный бонус от хозяйки: чай, кофе, печенье.
1. Сумма депозита от повреждений не соответствовала тому, что было указано в описании жилья - оказалось не 100, а 200 фунтов.
2. Позднее время заезда (16) и раннее время отъезда (10), при том, что клининг начинается только в 13.
3. Описание подписки ТВ-сервисов не соответствовало действительности.

Great shower. Good kitchen facilities. Nice big bed.
The TV was most annoying. You couldn’t turn on and flick through channels. Everything had to be watched through apps which was slow and annoying. In addition the WIFI was very inconsistent and sporadic so couldn’t watch a show without it freezing or dropping out.
Felt a bit unsafe when police had to called to the room downstairs.
Blinds were thin and didn’t block the light very well.
