Fijne ruime kamer. Fijne, ruime badkamer, goede douche (let wel op met zeep onder je voeten, de douchevloer is glad). Koffie en thee aanwezig. Mooi restaurant eronder. Dame in het restaurant in de ochtend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Top locatie.

Trappenhuis ernaar toe zou wat schoner/opgefrist mogen, maar verder geen last van.

Super friendly staff, location easy to reach. Hotel is located in the heart of the old city, thus situated in the midst of sightseeing locations, shops and cafés. The room has windows on 2 sides, meaning that you can enjoy the lively street quite well. The room is clean and you can tell that the place has just been refurbished: everything in the room is brand new. As a matter of fact, the place was under construction during our stay, although luckily no construction work was taking place while we were there.

The room was a bit too cold to our taste. We stayed in November and the fact that the ground floor was a construction place probably didn't help, but even though the heating works very well the floor tiles remain very cold. Moreover, expect sounds coming both from outside (during the evening/night visitors of nearby cafés pass by and early in the morning trucks are unloaded), and partly from inside (you can hear people talking in the hallway and shutting doors). We were in room 2, but probably hadn't fully realized what it meant that the 'private bathroom is situated externally'. It means that you have to cross a bright lighted, and during wintertime rather cold hallway (so bring slippers). The room can be shut dark with blinds, but I would recommend the owners to place some curtains as well (for atmosphere and isolation against cold and sounds from outside).
