Property was clean & Tidy well laid out, well equipped kitchen

Unfinished decorations, ie bits of filler to doors and door frames, touching up on ceilings, old damp spots by main bedroom patio doors including flaking paint and plaster, these were very minor but I am a qualified decorator for over 50 years and these things are noticeable to me. 1 of the Main bedroom sliding doors needed fixing, very difficult to slide open.

Stunning views and great location.

It had an amazing view from the balcony over the marina. The apartment was very spacious.

The beds were certainly not comfortable and the pillows were incredibly lumpy. They were also very small so if you turned over you had to take the pillow with you. ! We did not use the outdoor pool as the sun beds around the pool were all broken, rusty or looked like they had seen better days. The gardens……..of which was just a grassy area were very poorly maintained as was the entrance to the building. The children’s pool was drained of water and maintenance looked like it had started but we didn’t see any work being carried out when we were there. Both my sons were keen to use the gym……..it was no longer in use……..and we were told the indoor pool was closed and was no longer available. This should be mentioned on the details of the property . So mostly the photos were accurate of the apartment but certainly not the outdoor pool and communal area. And def not the health facilities and the indoor pool as they were apparently permanently closed.
