LOCATION: In the Centre of Vilamoura, 50 metres from Vilamoura Marina, 300 metres from Marina Beach and 100 metres from Vilamoura Congress Centre.

In the building there is a supermarket (Jafers – open from April to October) and a café/restaurant (Petúnia – closed every Monday)

Within a 500-metre radius, there is a wide range of commerce and services.

Apartment in a residential building, located on the 4th floor and with up to 4 service elevators.

The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodates up to 4 guests, with one bedroom, a complete bathroom, complete kitchen and living room with balcony with partial sea view.

Air conditioning, free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, shared outdoor children's and adult swimming pool, shared indoor swimming pool (heated from 15 October to 15 April), shared gym.

Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and a few metres from the main points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be just steps away from everything.

• Shared sunbeds. First come, first served.

• Operating Hours: 08:00 – 20:00

PROPERTY RULES

• Smoking is prohibited

• Parties or events are prohibited

• Groups under 25 years old are not admitted

• Pets are not allowed on the property

• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Prohibited to exceed the permitted occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (children included)

• It is not allowed to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

• If the rules are not complied with, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund



SAFETY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€200) via secure method, refundable up to 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF - (Foreigners and Borders Service) Mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager

•TOURIST TAX - charged to all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

• Ecolab certified cleaning products.

• Bed and bath linen washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.



CHECK IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• €50.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 11:00 PM onwards

The guest must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time.

If arriving before 5:00 PM, you may leave your luggage in our office.
