The apartment is open and modern near the centre of the city and good value. It has air conditioning but this only is in one bedroom, the other room doesn’t have air conditioning.
The air conditioning is only in one of the bedrooms, it has many stairs and the area at night is slightly un safe, we tried to go out in the evening but wasnt a nice experience. Although during the day it’s nice city. The oven settings was set to demo so was difficult to use the appliance.

C'est un appartement original avec beaucoup de potentiel, bien équipé en terme de cuisine et de climatisation. La literie est passable pour une nuit. Il est assez centrale et les indications claires pour y accéder. La terrasse est un plus.
Difficile d'y accéder avec une voiture pour décharger ses affaires, les parkings ne sont pas facilement trouvables. Une bagarre était en cours devant l'immeuble qui a duré 1h (le quartier de nuit est peu sécurisant). Attention aux personnes qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer car il y a plusieurs volets d'escaliers assez pentus pour accéder au logement qui est sur plusieurs étages. Globalement l'appartement demanderais un rafraîchissement, un nouveau canapé et une literie plus confortable.
