Розташування, краєвид, гарний ремонт, затишне приміщення, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання.

Вид з балкону дійсно неймовірний. Квартира дійсно з шикарним видом. З квартири можна спуститися в паркінг, який є укриттям.
Не сподобалося те, що меблі в квартирі мають вже дефекти та поломки. На це треба звернути увагу та відремонтувати особливо сан вузол. В квартирі чисто, але поверхнево. Було би добре періодично замовляти туди клінінг який вимиє застарілий бруд. Сподобалося, що можна самому заїхати в квартиру, але ця система не досконала. В плані тому, що гроші потрібно передати готівкою і треба домовлятися про час та під час виселення ліфт не поїде без ключа. Потрібно продумати чіткий алгоритм дій
