Clean, decorations, nice

The whole norreigo point beach access was closed, we called about it a couple of times because we never received notice of it being closed. When we called we were told to trespass regardless of the no trespassing signs and continue to the beach. Three palm trees were obstructing the view on the balcony. Pool wasnt well managed, lights were dim and hot tub wasn’t hot and was low on water. Pool gate code didn’t work so had to reach through gate to get to open. On the website it lists a gym, when we got there, there were signs that the gym was for owner use only. Bugs were in the room. The whole property seemed to not be for people wanting to go on a vacation, more like it was just for the owners to come and have a place when they want to vacation.
