The room is very good and has everything you need. It is comfortable and clean and exactly as advertised. There is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants at the bottom of the building. Also, the host was incredibly helpful. My flight was significantly delayed and they not only came to the airport to give me the key card, but even drove me to the hotel for free ! I couldn’t believe it. I am extremely grateful for the hospitality.
I like everything about the property. The location requires a car or taxi ride to go anywhere, as there isn’t really anything walkable and the area isnt very well set up for walking anyways. This has nothing to do with the property itself, though.

We stayed in the apartment on two occasions. It is a good location (20 min walk to the museum) and waterfront (30min)
Communication was good, and clear instructions on how to check in and out.
It has basic kitchen appliances, skimming pools and a gym in the building. The place is bright with a great view of Kuching.
It can get busy with people waiting for the lifts, especially if one is out of use

The apartment is located around a 30-minute walk (5 minutes by taxi) to the waterfront. The building has a swimming pool and gym, as well as a convenience store, coffee shops, and places to eat. There is also a laundry room. The room has good Wi-Fi, a TV, and basic kitchen appliances. It is a very comfortable stay.
The lifts in the building can get quite busy and uou may need to wait for a while

Place was clean. Aircond was cool. Water Heater was hot. Two towels was provided. Fridge was cool. Shower gel was provided. Iron was given.
Suggest to change the pillows, sleeping pillows is toooooo thin even when stacked together, couldnt get sleep. Suggest to give at least drinking bottle water. Suggest to at least provide tooth paste and shampoo even small size bottle. Thanks
