We are really happy with the appartment. It is very comfortable and has all the amenities one needs plus the pool/sundeck, wellness and gym. Thanks for having coffee and a selection of teas, sugar, many towels, washing machine, etc. Thank you for your kindness, we enjoyed our stay in Dubai a lot.

The third person was sleeping on the couch in the living room which was actually quite comfortable and not hard, but it was not a sofa bed.

Breakfast delivery to your door, well equipped and clean apartment (extra sheets, extra towels). Parking slot near the entrance. Landlord on duty via WhatsApp. Deposit returned right after the check-out.

Noisy environment. Construction all around + very busy highway.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff - everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and main attractions. I also enjoyed the delightful breakfast with plenty of options. A seamless and fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay here again on my next visit！

In a very tasteful part of the Dubai area. Free breakfast every morning. Helpful staff and 24 hour supermarket in building. Easy taxi service to beach and marina 30 AED

Room 1105. Could not lock or close door properly to Balcony. Someone had pushed wrong key into lock which couldn't be removed. They are building 2 new tower blocks across the road which means waking up to building noise at 6am. Can't be helped but it's not good for a relaxing vacation. Also wanted 800 AED in cash as a returnable deposit when we got there. Make sure you have enough cash.
