Location is good and easy to get to the key.
Unfortunately, we visited during the heatwave, and it was very warm inside the studio and the portable fan/AC were not very helpful.

Rigtig god beliggenhed , tæt på metro (Commerce) hyggeligt kvarter med mange gode restauranter tæt på
Der var meget gadestøj, dårlig lydisolering ud til gaden og til naboen som var i gang med at renovere sin lejlighed.

Хорошее расположение. До Эйфелевой башни можно дойти пешком примерно за 20-25 минут. Станция метро тоже не далеко. Хотя она Вам особо не потребуется, поскольку квартира находится в центре.
Надо улучшить шумоизоляцию окон. Ночью всегда слышно проезжающих машин. Постоянно просыпался когда ночью проезжали спецтехника, такие как мусоровоз, трактора и машины которые моют асфальт. Их слышно довольно громко
