Welcome to this bright and cozy 40m2 1-bedroom apartment, newly renovated and designed for a comfortable stay in Paris 15th. It accommodates up to 4 guests, with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The en-suite bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, which also opens onto a small private patio. Comfortable and well located in a lively local neighborhood with excellent transport connections.

The neighborhood offers a vibrant local life with a multitude of quintessentially Parisian cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, cinemas, parks, and green spaces. Rue du Commerce, just around the corner, offers excellent shopping, and the Beaugrenelle shopping center is a must-visit for retail therapy. In short, you'll enjoy an authentic local experience!
