I like the chilled environment,the pool and also the stuff are friendly even the food were great

The quietness , rooms are big and clean upon arrival. Mercy received us well and treated us well throughout
The cleaning services is zero and they expect us to call them to come and clean. In Monday our room was not even touched. The veranda was never touched for our five days same as bedding never changed. Towels changed once We ordered supper it was a very nasty surprise we had to return it. Game drive was postponed for two days on third day went and saw eilands only Breakfast nothing to ride home
