Good location not too far from the beach. Pet friendly place, which was most important for us. Very cozy vibes helpful staff. Great value!
The top floor of the Bungalow can get very hot during day time.. even though there is AC.

I stayed in the upstair Studio for 3 nights. Room was spacious, very well-maintained, clean and smell good. Small kitchen with sufficient utensils. Small balcony with cozy chairs, great for chillin' when raining. Bed and couch was very comfy. Most important thing for me: dog friendly! Pak Hidayat (the security) was always friendly and keep the place safe. Short walk to the beach. There's a new resto/cafe nearby open till 10pm (alongside rice paddy), nice to hangout there as well.
Breakfast menu was very simple (which was fine by me) but it can only be ready at 8am. If possible, please provide an outdoor tap so we can briefly rinse off before entering the house. This will be especially useful after returning from the beach. Private parking is limited for 2 cars.

It is very cozy and pleasant. Staff was very flexible with a change in the reservation dates
I would improve the communication with the guests for additional services such as mode of payment, transportation fees etc.
