Low heating

The cottage is beautiful, very cozy.

During the winter ski holidays the heating was very low. In the living room was usually about 19°C, in the bedrooms even lower. The thermostat did not respond to the request for a higher temperature. I recommend taking several heaters to the electrical socket.

No heated storage room, but we were advices by owner to contract a storage in the ski lift depot building.

everything was new, equipment is nice, the location is great!

The layout is strange, the second toilet is always cold. the gravel in front of the property is so fine that you take everything into the house on your shoes. The heating took a few hours to kick in. there was hardly anything in the kitchen, no salt and pepper or oil. Utensils were all there though.

Wonderful new and clean house missing facilities.

It’s very nice, new and clean in every aspect. Beds, kitchen and bathroom are perfect.

The house itself is wonderful, BUT: Unclear instruction to get to the property. It apperently is at the end of the Clofers facility, but although easy to mention, they won’t tell you that. Not any profits from the Clofers facility. No washing machine. No Nassfeld Card that brings you many discounts in the area. The garden is not finished. Debris/rocks/stones in which chairs are sinking. Because of that, not allowed to open the back door. This might not be a problem in winter, but in summer it’s a miss. No airconditioning.

Outstanding brand new accommodation just a few minutes from a parking lot at Nassfeld ski area. A spacious living room with a well equipped kitchen area, comfortable beds and two toilets - definitely advantage for bigger families. Nice view of mountains, quiet location.

Fantastic new, modern, clean and very spacious chalet within 10 mins from Nassfeld ski resort

New, modern, spacious and very clean apartment. We felt like very first guests in this place. Each chalet is 2 apartments side by side, each apartment is ground floor and 1st floor. You may actually accommodate 8 persons (on the 1st floor 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds and balconies with seating for 2, one room with bunk bed for two and foldable sofa downstairs in the living room). Very well equipped kitchen with all you need. You may go to the a small grocery shop ADEG or bakery in Tropolach, you actually can order fresh bread and pastries delivery right to your chalet at "Bäckerei Hans Moritz" on their web site every morning around 7:45, cash payment at delivery (orders before 17:00 on previous day). Hangers to dry clothing. Ski bus within 5 min of walking at the church, in 10 min you are in front of Millennium Express cable car lift from the valley up to the ski resort with ski depot and ski rental facilities. 2 restrooms, one on ground floor and one upstairs and 1 bath room with shower on ground floor. Parking for 2 cars right in front of doors. Restaurant within resort. Working WiFi and TV with serious channels offer. There is small uncovered terrace intended (not finished in Mar 2022) in front of french doors to living room, there is main entrance and also third door facing the large field behind the chalet. "Contactless" self check-in and check-out with key safe right at the door, we never met the host or anybody managing the place.

As there are 2 apartments in each chalet (wooden building) you may hear noise from neighboring apartment sometimes - e.g. kids running upstairs, but it is an issue of minor importance. We think there is no place to store ski and boots around (for sure not within the apartment) but you may use ski depot service for fair money right at Millennium Express lift or up in the ski resort and get your boots, helmets and gloves dried every night.

Sve nam se sviđalo. Kuća je bila čista. Kreveti udobni. Skijalište blizu.

Nedostajala je drvena kuhača za kuhanje i lopatica za npr. vađenje jaja na oko iz teflon tave, te drobilica za raditi pire krumpir. Lonac za kuhanje špageta.

Super erholt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum 💭 alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht ist da (ok Waschmaschine nicht aber damit kann man planen.) Wir haben uns sehr wohl in den Räumlichkeiten gefühlt. Und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Aber bitte zuvor das Brotmesser austauschen 🤣

Das wäre meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau, Brotmesser austauschen und 2 Sonnenliegen für nach der Wanderung.

Die Nachbarn aus Italien stets laut . Im Kühlschrank fehlen die Einlegenöden -könnte man mal ersetzen. Sonnenschirme wären auch angebracht!

Un posto tranquillo

Struttura recente e ben tenuta. La doccia è fantastica anche se si trova in un bagno senza finestre. Letti sufficientemente comodi. Molto carino il check-in anticipato con il rilascio della guest card nominativa.

Purtroppo il nostro appartamento non è stato pulito prima del nostro arrivo. Struttura sicuramente molto più adatta al periodo invernale in quanto non ha un sistema di raffreddamento e l’apertura delle finestre, sprovviste di zanzariere fanno sì che la casa si riempia di mosche. Tutto viene scritto in tedesco, sarebbe più utile avere le indicazioni scritte in inglese. Per lo stesso motivo la tv è inutilizzabile.

Bare super super fint - vi kommer gerne igen

Rummeligt, lækkert, pænt og rent. Kun 2,5km fra Nassfeld Ski Area (Tröpolach Millennium Express), som var hovedformål for ferien. Dog også lige midt i et væld af vandremuligheder.

Måske et par nye pander, så man kan lave mad uden at den brænder fast.

Neu gebautes Chalet, großes Wohnzimmer, schöne Einrichtung.

Kleiner Eingangsbereich. Das ist schwierig, wenn sich 4-6 Personen gleichzeitig fürs Skifahren fertig machen wollen oder beim heim kommen nicht den ganzen Wohnzimmerboden nass und schmutzig machen wollen. Bei der Kücheneinrichtung fehlt eine Küchenwaage und vielleicht noch eine Brotdose (wir haben für unsere Weckerl die Mikrowelle als Aufbewahrung verwendet). Nur so als kleiner Tipp. Aber ansonst war alles super!
