its clean , but remember the bathrooms you have to walk its nit attached and its common bathrooms.
there isn’t private bathroom. and i have called several time before i arrive the property non body answering my calls which isn’t nice at all.

A great and interesting place to stay, beautiful grounds, one of the best breakfasts I've had in Italy. Toilets needed a good clean and the rooms were unbearably hot.

Close to bus and M stops, has a grocery store across the road and lots of cafes/shops nearby. The building is gated with a 24 hour receptionist.
Very thin walls, mostly children were her while I stay and were very loud until late. However, could still here them when they were simply having conversations. The doors vibrate moderately with any knocking nearby. Beds are extremely stiff, with a small/thin comforter. Pillow was uncomfortable.
